CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

ACTIVE

Learn & discover flexibility, balance, coordination, and speed through fitness and cardio games. Our main goal is to help children develop an active and positive lifestyle.

Ages: 6-9 

ATHLETE

Our most complete youth training class on the docket. Coaches will lead you through different levels of balance, movement, strength, conditioning, core, & mobility. ATHLETE is designed to improve your overall fitness, meet your athletic goals and create a body that works and functions effectively.

Ages: 10-13 

BLAST

Speed, Agility, & Quickness are three of the most physical components for athletes. Blast will teach you how to move more efficiently through postural correction & movement skill patterning. Once a foundation of movement is built, athletes will focus on increasing their 1st step quickness, deceleration, explosive speed, reactivity, and multi-directional movement skills. Become a quicker, faster, & more agile reactive athlete.

Ages 10-13

FUNDAMENTALS

Learn the basics of lifting. This is a prerequisite to our LIFT program. Athletes learn the proper Olympic Lifting form and technique fundamentals. While this is labeled a "beginner" lifting class, it is also useful as a refresher for experienced athletes as well. Learning proper technique from the start is essential to making consistent progress and keeping you safe.

AGES: 12 & UP 

LIFT

LIFT focuses on building full-body strength and power through our linked system methods & Olympic lifting. Our coaches will progress you through proper steps and mechanics to performing your lifts safely and efficiently.

AGES: HIGH SCHOOL 

RECOVER

Recover is a 30-minute regeneration session that is meant to nourish and heal the body. You will be taken through a variety of long-held stretches combined with myofascial release (in the form of foam rolling) & trigger point release. These sessions can be added onto your weekly plan as a stand-alone class to ensure you are taking the time to balance the body.

AGES: 13 & UP

FUZE

KIDS - GET READY TO SWEAT! FUZE incorporates the best principles of High Intensity Interval Training including strength training, metabolic conditioning, TRX, & boxing in one class! This high energy workout will challenge the beginner and intermediate athlete alike. FUZE is an Earn-Every-Rep Session, where you will be leaving everything out on the floor. Get it done AND have fun!

AGES: 10-13

FORT-FIT

FORT-NITE INSPIRED & INFUSED WITH FITNESS: dancing dynamics, team competitions, fort building, and a battle royale!! Conditioning for fun and prizes!

AGES: 8 -12 

WARRIOR

OBSTACLE STRENGTH + SPARTAN STYLE TRAINING + FUN RUNS WARRIOR will give you the physical & mental capacity to take on whatever challenges are thrown your way! You will bend, crawl, carry, climb, hang, jump, lift, lunge, sprint, squat and twist ...exactly what your body has been designed to do. Join this fun & challenging class 2x/week. Unleash the warrior within!

C3 CORE + CARDIO + CONDITIONING

STEP INTO A NEW DIMENSION OF SWEAT! ...Once it gets going, it doesn't stop till the very end. Nothing but full on, intense working out for the whole duration. Shred fat & boost your metabolism with this focused cardiovascular, core infused program.
