Team Training

will encourage participants to achieve their individual fitness goals, while working as a team in a class environment. This is a cost effective way to supplement your personalized training program.

While in Team Training, you will learn proper technique for safe and effective strength training, high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T), cardiovascular conditioning and foundational core control. The programming is progressive to allow for proper muscle adaptation, increased aerobic capacity and strength development . This program is designed for RESULTS!
