BECOME Fitness offers an amazing variety of fitness classes including strength, cardio and Mind Body. With over a hundred classes per week, there is always a class to fit your schedule. ​Our instructors are all certified and come with years of experience. BECOME Fitness has state of the art studios with only the most up-to-date equipment. Our classes provide an intense, upbeat and motivating atmosphere that will help you get you BECOME Fitness.

 
  • Power Yoga: A flowing and dynamic form of Yoga that connects asana with breath. This allows for creating energy to build strength and mobility as well as refresh the mind. Prepare to work hard and sweat!
  • Slow Flow Yoga: Perfect for Seniors, anyone recovering from tough workouts, and/or increasing flexibility and mobility. We move slowly through poses and hold deep stretches.
  • PiYoga: This class blends core strengthening moves from Pilates and toning Yoga sequences to sculpt, firm, and improve mobility!
  • SPINNING™: The outdoor ride is transported into the studio where you will experience flat road, hills, sprints, and jumps!
  • SPIN™ & Strength: This class features Spinning and strength training exercises (performed off the bike) to burn fat and build muscle simultaneously.
  • SPIN™Camp: This class combines cardio intervals on the Spin bike with plyometric exercises performed off the bike.
  • Zumba™: A high energy dance class that incorporates Latin rhythms like Salsa and Merengue. Ditch the workout, join the party!
  • BODYPUMP™: Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a great total body workout.
  • BODYCOMBAT™:A high-energy workout inspired by moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.
  • Cardio Kickboxing: This full-body workout uses fun combinations to improve aerobic capacity, decrease stress, improve focus, and boost confidence!
  • Strength Training: This class uses barbells and dumbbells to build muscle and increase strength!
  • Burn: This class features strength and cardio components and will help improve cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and joint mobility!
  • Cardio Sculpt: This class combines Cardio and Strength components for a total body burn!
