Kids Fit Club (Ages 5-9)
Learn and discover flexibility/ core & balance/ speed & agility through fitness and cardio games/activities. Our main goal is to help children develop an active and positive lifestyle. Targeting knowledge and activity will help convince children that exercise is very important to their well-being. We are committed to making fitness enjoyable!
Youth Fitness Training (Ages 9-12)
Learn the importance of a healthy exercise routine & nutrition with a certified youth trainer by your side. We will guide students through a variety of cardio, strength & flexibility exercises. This group is appropriate both for promising athletes and kids looking for an intro to fitness.
Sports Strength & Conditioning (Ages 13-18)
Sports Strength & Conditioning is designed for middle and high school student-athletes who are looking to improve their game, develop strength and cardiovascular endurance, increase flexibility and prevent injuries.
We also offer sports specific and team training for kids!
